Membership Requirements

Membership Process:

● Complete application and standard screening (credit, rental history, income verification)

● Schedule a tour

● Attend an online orientation session about cooperative living an interview with the housing committee.

● Receive a final approval/denial letter

● Make 3x the rent amount

● No recent rent court filings or evictions

● No pets
